The BräuPro 20G is a fully integrated electric brewing system that combines a precision-built DrainPro™ bottom-drain mash tun with a 100 L (26 gal) jacketed conical Unitank fermenter. Designed for advanced homebrewers and pilot-scale brewers, it delivers a complete mash-to-fermentation workflow in a compact two-vessel footprint—without sacrificing precision, sanitation, or repeatability.
Boil directly in the fermenter for chemical-free sanitation. Chill through the built-in jacket using tap water or glycol. Ferment under pressure with closed transfers throughout. Every step is engineered to reduce handling, eliminate contamination risk, and improve consistency batch after batch.
Ideal for brewers producing 10 to 20 gallons (38–76 L) of finished beer with professional-level control.
The BräuPro 20G replaces traditional multi-vessel brewing systems with a streamlined configuration that still delivers full capability: mash, lauter, boil, chill, and ferment—without hoists, open transfers, or unnecessary vessels.
The upgraded DrainPro™ bottom-drain mash tun platform improves runoff efficiency, reduces dead space, and simplifies cleanout through true bottom drainage. Combined with boiling directly in the jacketed Unitank fermenter, the system eliminates chemical sanitizers and minimizes exposure points.
Integrated temperature control, tri-clamp connectivity throughout, and pressure-capable fermentation make the BräuPro 20G suitable for brewers seeking commercial-style workflow in a compact footprint.
Achieve the functional equivalent of a four-vessel brewhouse—mash tun, lauter tun, boil kettle, and fermenter—in a compact two-vessel system.
The DrainPro™ design provides true bottom drainage for improved lauter consistency, simplified cleaning, and more sanitary geometry compared to traditional side-drain kettles.
No wort transfers between boil and fermentation. Fewer connections, fewer failure points, and dramatically lower contamination risk.
Boiling in the fermenter sanitizes the vessel by heat alone—no chemicals, no rinsing, no residuals.
The SV2 Electric Brewery Controller delivers accurate mash control and stable boil performance for repeatable results.
The jacketed Unitank supports chilling with either tap water or glycol through a sealed cooling loop—eliminating immersion chillers and exposed tubing.
Rated for pressure fermentation and closed transfers using standard tri-clamp hardware.
The BräuPro 20G includes integrated jacketed fermentation cooling as standard. The Unitank jacket supports either tap-water circulation or dedicated glycol cooling through a sealed loop—allowing you to configure the system based on your environment and production goals.
The base system includes a Fermenter Temperature Control Kit and Water Connection Kit. Tap water is circulated through the jacket using quick-disconnect fittings for stable fermentation temperature control in moderate environments.
For precise temperature control in warmer environments or higher production schedules, the BräuPro can be configured with a dedicated glycol chiller. Glycol systems provide tighter temperature stability and improved crash cooling performance.
While the jacket is designed for fermentation temperature control and crash cooling, rapid knockdown from boiling is best achieved using a dedicated heat exchanger. The Professional Cooling Configuration pairs the glycol system with the Coil-in-Coil Counterflow Chiller for efficient knockout prior to fermentation.
Glycol systems are optimized for fermentation temperature management. For high-efficiency knockout performance, the counterflow configuration is recommended.
The BräuPro 20G is designed around a single-vessel boil and fermentation workflow, offering major advantages in sanitation, efficiency, and consistency. As with any integrated system, fermentation time must be considered when planning brew frequency.
If you intend to brew again before fermentation is complete, additional fermenting capacity will be required. This is not unique to the BräuPro—it applies to any brewing system where fermentation duration exceeds brewing cadence.
Many BräuPro owners pair the system with one or more additional fermenters, allowing the BräuPro fermenter to be freed up immediately after knockout while fermentation continues in a separate vessel.
This mirrors commercial brewery design, where brewhouse utilization and fermentation capacity are sized independently to maximize throughput.
The BräuPro 20G ships as a complete brewing and fermentation system. Add ingredients, a hydrometer, and a pH meter to begin brewing.
