Built for serious performance and remote monitoring, the MCED BEF‑04 is a high-capacity glycol chiller with smart functionality and industry-leading build quality. Designed and manufactured in Canada, it delivers 3,481 BTU/hr of cooling with a powerful 1/2 HP compressor and an oversized 17-gallon reservoir — making it ideal for fermentation temperature control, cold crashing, and high-throughput beverage production.
With built-in Chiller Watch™ technology, you can monitor system performance, pressure, and temperature remotely from anywhere. Designed for production-scale setups, the BEF‑04 is plug-and-play with a standard 120V outlet and comes equipped with a high-flow circulation pump.
