10 Gallon Tri-Clad HLT (HERMS) Complete Build
The 10G Tri-Clad HLT is a compact hot liquor tank designed for HERMS systems. Built from thick-wall 304 stainless with a tri-clad base, it delivers efficient, even heating across gas, electric, or induction. Six welded 1.5" Tri-Clamp ports and a 50' stainless HERMS coil make this the foundation of precise, repeatable mash control.
This is a complete build: includes 50' HERMS coil, four butterfly valves, dip tubes, end caps, gaskets, and clamps. Heating element sold separately.
