The DrainPro Hot Liquor Tank – 50G is Bräu Supply’s dedicated water heating vessel for electric brewing systems. Designed for precise heating and delivery of strike and sparge water, it features a true bottom drain for complete emptying, along with a welded tri-clamp port layout optimized for electric heating, temperature monitoring, and plumbing integration.
Built from mirror-polished 304 stainless steel with laser-etched internal volume markings, silicone-coated handles, and welded stainless steel legs, the DrainPro 50G HLT integrates cleanly into modern tri-clamp–based brewing systems and scales naturally with three-vessel and HERMS-style setups.
Overview
The DrainPro 50G Hot Liquor Tank (HLT) is engineered as a dedicated electric water heating vessel. Its bottom-drain design ensures full evacuation without tilting, while the dished bottom geometry directs water cleanly toward the drain for fast emptying and efficient rinse-out between brew days.
A welded 1.5" tri-clamp port layout supports standard low-watt-density heating elements, temperature probe installation, and plumbing connections for recirculation and delivery to the mash tun. This results in a cleaner, more repeatable hot-water workflow—especially important when scaling batch sizes and maintaining consistent sparge temperatures.
