The MCED BEF‑05 is a robust glycol chiller built for larger cold-side applications in brewing, winemaking, and functional beverage production. Delivering 4,440 BTU/hr of cooling through a 1/2 HP compressor and a generous 17-gallon reservoir, it offers reliable, consistent performance for fermentation temperature control, cold crashing, and conditioning.
With built-in Chiller Watch™ technology, the BEF‑05 gives you remote access to system temperature, pressure, and status—so you can keep your operation running smoothly from anywhere. It runs on standard 120V power and comes equipped with one high-flow circulation pump, with the option to add a second.
