BräuPro is Bräu Supply's flagship two-vessel brewing and fermentation system. A dedicated mash tun and a purpose-built conical Unitank fermenter work in tandem — heating strike water, recirculating wort through the mash bed, then becoming the boil kettle, the chilling vessel, and finally the fermenter. Every stage in one workflow, without lifting, hoisting, or complex setup. Scales from 5G home batches to 1BBL commercial output — with 3BBL and 5BBL coming.
The full process — from grain to fermented beer — without transfers, sanitizer carnage, or overhead lifting. Hot-side stages happen in the mash tun. Cold-side stages happen in the jacketed Unitank.
The Unitank's heating element heats strike water to your target mash temperature. The Unitank acts as your hot liquor tank — no third vessel required.
Pump draws wort from the Unitank and delivers it over the top of the grain bed in the mash tun. Wort flows down through the grain bed and gravity-drains back to the Unitank — continuous recirculation for even, repeatable conversion.
Wort drains from the mash tun to the Unitank through the sloped bottom drain. Sparging is optional — use a sparge arm and separate HLT for maximum efficiency, or skip it entirely. Your process, your choice.
The Unitank's element brings wort to a rolling boil — sanitizing the vessel completely before fermentation begins. No chemical sanitizer required.
Wort is pumped from the Unitank through the counterflow chiller and returned to the Unitank at pitch temperature. No vessel change, no transfer risk.
Dump trub through the conical. Pitch yeast. Glycol jacket holds fermentation temperature precisely. Transfer finished beer to kegs under pressure via the included transfer line.

The Unitank has a standard 12" manway or tri-clamp opening — not a massive open-top vessel with a silicone rim gasket. Less contamination risk, cleaner process, standard hardware throughout.
Every connection is standard tri-clamp. No proprietary fittings, no heavy custom lids requiring multiple clamps to open. Accessible, cleanable, and upgradeable with off-the-shelf hardware.
Sparging is a choice, not a requirement forced by vessel geometry. Skip it for simplicity or add a sparge arm and separate HLT for maximum efficiency — your process, your call.

BräuPro is a two-vessel system — a dedicated mash tun and a dedicated jacketed conical Unitank fermenter. Unibräu All-In is a single-vessel system where one kettle handles brew day and fermentation. Pick BräuPro when you want a dedicated fermenter (better trub control, scale fermentation independently, run batches back to back). Pick Unibräu All-In when you want maximum simplicity and a single footprint.
Not with BräuPro. The Unitank isn't a fermenter bolted onto the end of the process, it's a working vessel in the system.
Two things make it specific: the port locations are laid out for the BräuPro workflow, and the tank is built to accept our heating elements, which is what heats your strike water and runs your boil. A third-party tri-clamp fermenter has neither, so the system won't function as a complete process.
The exception is our own Unitanks. They're all built to the same spec, so if you already have one it will work.
The vessels themselves don't physically scale — when you move from 20G to 1 BBL you buy the 1 BBL vessels. But everything you own carries over: fittings, pump, glycol kit, transfer lines, sanitizer hardware, sparge arm — all standard tri-clamp. The process you learned is identical. Nothing becomes obsolete.
50 gal Mash tun, 40 gal Unitank fermenter, 5.5kW heating element, 240V controller, pump, counterflow chiller, glycol jacket plumbing, transfer line, and standard tri-clamp valves and fittings. Glycol chiller and CO₂ tank are sold separately — most pilot operations already have these on site.

120V (1,650W) plugs into a standard household outlet — available at the 5G size only. 240V (5,500W) is available at every size and required for 10G and 20G. The bigger element wattage matters for heating performance at larger batch sizes. 240V needs a NEMA 14-30 dryer-style outlet.
