15 PSI Vacuum Pressure Relief Valve – 1.5″ Tri-Clamp

Spring-Loaded Protection from Overpressure and Vacuum Collapse

This 15 PSI pressure and vacuum relief valve offers essential dual-direction protection for sealed brewing vessels. Spring-loaded for consistent and automatic operation, it prevents both dangerous overpressure and damaging vacuum conditions during fermentation, transfers, cold crashing, or CIP.

Made from 304 stainless steel and designed to fit any standard 1.5″ tri-clamp port, it’s a compact, sanitary solution for fermenters, brite tanks, and Unitanks.

Factory set to relieve pressure at 15 PSI, adjustable with an Allen key. Breaks vacuum below atmospheric pressure.

Spring-loaded mechanism ensures reliable and repeatable function.

Protects tanks from pressure spikes and collapse due to cleaning, draining, or temperature swings.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel for sanitary, corrosion-resistant performance.

Compact tri-clamp design is easy to install and remove.

Ideal for use on fermenters, brite tanks, or any sealed pressure-capable brewing vessel.

How It Works

The internal stainless spring opens the valve to vent excess pressure above 15 PSI and allows air in when vacuum conditions occur. This prevents tank deformation and maintains safe operating conditions in closed systems.

Applications

Fermenter and brite tank pressure safety

Vacuum break during cold crashing or draining

CIP and closed-loop cleaning operations

Use with Unitanks or other pressure-rated vessels

Install this valve on any 1.5″ tri-clamp PRV port to protect your equipment and ensure safe, consistent operation batch after batch.
