    Great quality product!

    Really great quality product. Had few issues on delivery but was handled properly, the service is really great!! I was ready to brew 2 weeks after the order - Around Black Friday workload that is pretty good turn-around. My first brew is fermenting at the moment and this addition improve a lot from the DIY kit I had before. Obviously, I need to get use to the the improved, slightly different process but looking forward to brew a 2nd batch over the week-end.

    Fantastic Customer Support

    I love my Unibrau 10 gallon system and I really believe it's one of the best (if not the best) designs on the market at this price. This is coming from an aerospace engineer with 37 years in the business. Super quality construction and super customer support! I had purchased the 6 port kettle and one of the welds had a small leak. Steve was fantastic in his support and took care of the problem promptly. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Thank you Steve!

    Best appliance I own

    Steve provided fantastic customer support, all my items were not in and he communicated with me that some would come at a later time. As soon as he got them they were shipped out to me with zero issues. The unibrau system is clean, easy to set up and easy to use. It produces a fantastic product and brew day is a breeze. The added cost compared to other all in one brew systems is 100% worth it. I previously was using a Grainfather G30 and there is no comparison between the two. High quality parts, and high quality service. Can't really ask for more.
