Standard tri-clamp fittings throughout mean every connection is replaceable and every accessory is cross-compatible. The matched element + SV1 / SV2 controller pair voltage to wattage automatically — no element math, no thermal surprises. Recirculating mash via the included brew pump for even temperatures and repeatable conversion.
