Unibräu Tri-Clad Kettle + Grain Basket

The original Unibräu brewing vessel: a heavy-duty Tri-Clad brew kettle paired with the Unibräu stainless grain basket. Together they form a complete all-in-one mash and boil vessel, the foundation of the Unibräu electric brewing system.

Available in 10G, 20G and 30G while current stock lasts. The kettle and basket are sold together as a matched set.

How it works

Mash in the grain basket inside the kettle. Recirculate wort from the kettle back over the grain bed through the basket's 1.5" Tri-Clamp port for clear wort and consistent mash temperature. When the mash is done, lift the basket, let it drain, sparge, and boil in the same kettle.

One vessel handles mash, lauter and boil, so there is less equipment to set up, move and clean.

Tri-Clad kettle

The kettle is 304 stainless steel with a polished exterior and brushed interior. The tri-clad base spreads heat evenly and works on induction, gas or electric heat sources, so the kettle can be used with a Unibräu element and controller or on a burner.

Four welded 1.5" Tri-Clamp ports accept Unibräu elements, thermowells, valves, recirculation fittings and other Tri-Clamp accessories.

Unibräu grain basket

The grain basket is 304 stainless steel with a laser-cut false bottom sized for efficient lautering and clean recirculation. A 1.5" Tri-Clamp port on the basket connects your recirculation or sparge line directly to the top of the grain bed.

The 10G basket includes a stainless retention ring and screws. The 20G and 30G baskets include hoist lugs for lifting heavier grain bills.
