One kettle.
A whole brewery.

We launched the original Unibräu on Kickstarter in 2017 with a simple thesis — a great brew day shouldn't take three vessels and a basement full of plumbing. Ten years and 47 countries later, it's still one kettle doing the work of an entire brewery. Pick the configuration that fits how you brew.

What every Unibräu shares

Same DNA. Same Vancouver build.

Whatever you pick, you're getting the same engineering language. Buy in once, upgrade later — accessories carry across the family.

01

Tri-clamp architecture

Every connection is tri-clamp — no proprietary fittings, no plastic threads. Service or upgrade any piece without replacing the whole system.

02

Electric · voltage-matched

120V (1,650W) at the 10G size · 240V (5,500W) at every size. Element and controller ship as a matched set.

03

Recirculating mash

Pump continuously circulates wort through the grain bed for even temperature, repeatable conversion, batch after batch.

04

Cross-compatible accessories

Sparge arm, CIP head, steam condenser, counterflow chiller — every Unibräu accessory fits every Unibräu kettle.

The upgrade path

Start anywhere. Grow without rebuying.

The whole family is a single architecture. Bought the original five years ago? The fermentation lid still fits. Bought DrainPro today? Add fermentation tomorrow — same kettle.

Common questions

About the Unibräu family.

I'm new — which one should I buy?+

For most new brewers we recommend the Unibräu DrainPro. It's the current base model, ships today, and the upgrade path to All-In is a single bundle away if you decide later you want fermentation in the same vessel. The only reason to choose the original Unibräu is if you specifically want the flat-bottom kettle while it's still available.

What's actually different between DrainPro and All-In?+

The kettle is the same. DrainPro is hot-side only — heat, mash, sparge, boil, then transfer to your own fermenter. All-In bundles that same DrainPro kettle with the full fermentation package (lid with 15 psi PRV, cooling coil, solenoid, temp controller, connection kit) so you can pitch yeast in the same vessel and pressure-ferment without a second tank.

Already own a Unibräu — can I upgrade to All-In?+

Yes. The Fermentation Bundle contains everything the All-In adds on top of the DrainPro — fermentation lid, PRV, cooling coil, water solenoid, temp controller, tap water connection kit, and the TC clamps and caps. It fits the DrainPro kettle. Compatibility with the original Unibräu vessel depends on the year — message support with your kettle's serial and we'll confirm.

Is the original Unibräu being discontinued?+

It's available while supplies last. The DrainPro is the current production model going forward. Once original Unibräu stock sells through, the DrainPro replaces it permanently. Accessories and parts support for the original Unibräu continue indefinitely — that's the whole point of the tri-clamp architecture.

120V or 240V — which should I order?+

120V (1,650W, SV1 controller) plugs into a standard outlet — available at the 10G size only. Best for brewers who can't run a dedicated circuit. 240V (5,500W, SV2 controller) is available at every size and required for 20G + 30G batches. Needs a dryer-style outlet.

What's covered under warranty?+

2 years full warranty on the kettle, element, controller, pump, and all included Bräu Supply parts. Lifetime parts support — every component is serviceable and individually replaceable. The architecture is designed to be repaired, not replaced.

What does shipping look like for a full system?+

Systems ship from our Vancouver, BC workshop. Free continental US shipping via our courier partners — duties, tariffs, and brokerage prepaid. Lead time on in-stock configurations is typically 5–10 business days; custom voltages or pre-orders are shown at the configurator.
